Business Development Executive

We're looking for an energetic, self-driven, sales-orientated and bi-lingual (English & Mandarin) business development consultant - with a higher education degree - whose main focus will be on building our advisory business between Hainan & Singapore.

The main task of this person is to identify new business opportunities & customers and establish new partnerships in both regions.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Market Research and Analysis

• Examining industry trends: Examine market trends, customer behaviors, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Gathering data: Collecting and reviewing financial records, internal workflows, and competitor data to find performance gaps.

2. Strategic Planning

• Setting growth goals: Looking at the company's financial data to set goals.
• Creating actionable plans: Designing long-term strategies that align with business objectives and market realities.

3. Client Acquisition and Partnerships

• Lead generation: Identifying and qualifying high-value leads.
• Building partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.

Key Qualifications:
- BBA / MBA
- Bi-lingual (English & Mandarin)
- Sales & BD experience
- In-depth knowledge of both Hainan & SG markets
- Driven, hungry, proactive & optimistic customer-first attitude
