Permanent Clinical Administrator (Hougang | Up to $2900 | Office Hours) #HGNJ

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide quality administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Department.

* Manage nurse rosters and update overtime schedules in the Time Management System.

* Perform data entry for clinical assessments.

* Arrange transport for residents’ clinical appointments.

* Perform data collection, analysis and generate various reports for Nursing.

* Process and verify invoices.

* Assist MED/MSW in processing vaccination and Medifund mailing.

* Impart knowledge and train team members.

* Improve and enhance current work processes to align with best and compliant practices.

* Provide miscellaneous administrative support to the Nursing Department as assigned by the Head of Nursing.

Requirements:

- Minimum N/O/A level

- Prior administrative experience

- Proficient in excel - especially pivot table & vlookup

- Comfortable focusing primarily on administrative responsibilities, seeking a long-term administrative role.
