Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Intern (A Premium Tea Brand)

We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Intern to join us for a 6-month internship. Working closely with our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting e-commerce growth across our owned storefront (www.clippertea.com.sg) and digital marketplaces.

Your scope will encompass supporting storefront management, campaign execution, marketplace optimisation, and performance data tracking. This is a role designed for someone who wants real agency and a seat at the table from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Your focus will be the flawless coordination and execution of our online retail operations, assisting the team in balancing creative brand storytelling with data-driven execution to optimise the online customer shopping journey.

• Owned E-commerce Growth: Assist with our official website’s storefront and catalogue management. This includes uploading product listings and photos, and ensuring content and brand voice remain consistent across the entire website.

• Campaigns & Promotions: Work alongside the team to execute key retail calendar events (e.g., 9.9, Black Friday) on our website, as well as coordinating promotional mechanics like gift-with-purchase (GWP) offers.

• New Digital Products: Support the operational rollout and marketing setup of fresh digital product initiatives, such as tea subscription models and exclusive gift bundles.

• Digital Campaigns: Assist with the execution of SEO/SEM tracking, ad campaigns, and crafting/scheduling eDMs to help drive high-quality traffic and online conversions.

• Marketplace Optimisation & Shopee Onboarding: Actively support the team in setting up and launching our brand storefront on new marketplace platform(s). You will assist with the end-to-end product management process (e.g. uploads, category mapping, stock levels) and help coordinate platform-led mega campaigns to maximise visibility.

• Data Analytics & Market Research: Help consolidate data from Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards to track weekly/monthly KPIs. Monitor competitor activities and digital trends to pitch fresh marketing initiatives to the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.

• Basic familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (e.g., Shopify) and marketplace seller portals (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is preferred but we will train you.

• Comfortable handling data and working with spreadsheets to help extract actionable insights.

• Fresh graduates are highly welcome.

• Interest in specialty tea or the premium/lifestyle F&B industry is a major bonus.
