About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced, proactive anddiscreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive supportto senior leadership.
The role requires someone who can operate with a highdegree of independence, maturity, confidentiality and professionalism,anticipate the needs of senior leadership and ensure seamless coordinationacross business priorities, meetings, travel and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced,entrepreneurial and international business environment and should possessexcellent judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments and priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across different time zones.
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas and itineraries.
- Manage travel schedules and changes at short notice.
Reporting & Business Support
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, trackers and other management documents.
- Support leadership in monitoring key initiatives and strategic action points.
- Assist with special projects, research and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle highly confidential business, financial, strategic and personal information with complete discretion.
- Exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive matters.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Director, Chairman or C-suite executive.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a pharmaceutical, healthcare would be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate executive requirements rather than simply respond to requests.
- Strong ownership, follow-through and problem-solving ability.
