X20 Manufacturing Lead (Data Center) | 12 hours shift | Up to $4500

💰 Up to $3,800/month + $400–$600 allowances
📍 Singapore, East
🕐 Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
After Training: 4-day rotating 12-hour shifts
☀️ Day: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
🌙 Night: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
✅ Every Sunday OFF

🔧 Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve daily production, quality and efficiency targets.

• Monitor production quality and promptly escalate production or quality issues.

• Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports.

• Perform hands-on assembly of complex components, assemblies and sub-assemblies.

• Train, coach and guide associates, new hires and junior team leaders.

• Support onboarding, probation evaluations and cross-training activities.

• Monitor attendance and support workforce planning.

• Investigate production/quality issues and assist with corrective actions and process improvements.

• Support new product/model introductions and production implementation.

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and operating effectively.

• Promote workplace safety and maintain 5S and good housekeeping standards.

• Communicate effectively between production associates and management.

• Support other production areas and ad-hoc duties when required.

✅ Requirements

• 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

• Experience in production monitoring and ISO documentation.

• Strong problem-solving, reporting and communication skills.

• Able to calculate takt time, manpower requirements and production line balancing.

• Good Microsoft Office/computer skills.

• Strong hands-on ability and manual dexterity.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Able to perform manual handling when required.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs is an advantage.
