Senior Fire Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Fire Safety and WSH programmes.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's fire safety and WSH regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, audits and fire drills.
• Oversee fire protection systems, emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct safety briefings, training and awareness programmes.
• Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and external parties on safety matters.
• Provide safety advice and reports to management.
• Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in WSH, Fire Safety or Engineering.
• Relevant Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) and WSH qualifications.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Fire Safety and WSH regulations.
