IAA Unity Developer

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and iterate IAA casual game clients using Unity, covering gameplay logic, UI interactions, advertising flows, and other core game modules.

2.Integrate global advertising SDKs and attribution tools, and work closely with user acquisition and operations teams to support monetization optimization.

3.Handle app size optimization, multilingual localization, and compatibility across different devices and global markets.

4.Support rapid builds, releases, and version iterations according to user acquisition and publishing requirements.

5.Participate in technical solution design and continuously improve development workflows, engineering quality, and development efficiency.

6.Explore and apply AI tools in daily development workflows to improve productivity, development quality, and iteration speed.

Qualifications:

1.Strong proficiency in C# and the Unity engine, with solid programming fundamentals and good coding practices.

2.Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and enthusiasm for technical research and exploration.

3.Open to AI and new technologies, and proactive in applying AI tools to improve development efficiency.

4.Highly self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration and multiple projects.

5.Experience developing IAA, hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or other mobile games for global markets is preferred.

6.Passion for games and strong product thinking are highly valued.
