Recruitment Officer

Job Description:

• Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Establish connections with candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
• Invite candidates to company career webinars, seminars, and events.
• Conduct first-level screening interviews.
• Arrange interviews between suitable candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Manage company social media platforms where required, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports and work schedules.
• Work towards monthly recruitment targets set by the Manager.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• CEI certification is an added advantage.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and adaptable.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
