Concierge

Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Concierge to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

The Concierge's responsible is:

• Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth and seamless event operations.
• Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
• Provide warm, professional and attentive service to clients, C-suite and VVIP guests.
• Assist with managing multiple tasks and event requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and strong attention to detail.
• Support physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and event equipment as required.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience with experience in vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; AV technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification preferred; candidates must be comfortable with physical event setup duties.
