Concierge

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and clients professionally
• Provide information and assistance to visitors
• Handle visitor registration and access arrangements
• Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
• Assist with directions and concierge-related requests
• Coordinate with building management and relevant departments
• Maintain a professional and pleasant front-desk environment

Requirements:

• Experience in MNC environment

Location:

• 9 Penang Road
• One Raffles Link

Successful candidates will be deployed on a rotational monthly basis across the above locations based on operational requirements.

Shift Details:

• 22 working days per month
• 8 hours(A/B) rotating shifts

• 0700– 1500hrs
• 1100– 1900hrs
