Sales Executive (Air-Condition)

About the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our air-conditioning business through new customer acquisition and account development. You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations, recommend appropriate solutions, coordinate project deliveries, and build strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors to achieve sales and business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell air-conditioning units and related solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities and establish new customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including enquiry, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product selections, and technical presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and contractors.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Follow and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and promote business growth.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory requirements.
• Prepare sales and activity reports for management.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirement:

• Minimum1 year of sales experience.
• Must be a computer literate and strong communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Outdoor sales required.
