Job description:
- Dealing with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPIC) project
- Assisting Procurement Manager to communicate with suppliers about all order documentation depending on the package type, track the status of production of manufacturing, problem-solving to reduce the impact of late deliveries and shipments.
- Assisting to manage the Procurement process and generating reports
- Assisting liaise with vendors, engineering contractor and PMT
- Collaborate with Project Managers for updates on delivery timelines if needed.
- Compile, record and report vendor performance and progress to Procurement Manager and Procurement head
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years procurement experience dealing with International Projects
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
