Position: Administration Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the company’s overall administrative functions and office operations to support business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement and review administrative policies, procedures and internal control processes.
• Plan and manage administrative resources, budgets, office facilities, equipment and service providers.
• Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, including work allocation, performance monitoring and staff development.
• Coordinate across departments to identify operational requirements and implement improvements to administrative workflows and processes.
• Prepare management reports, operational reports, budgets, presentations and business documentation for management review.
• Manage contracts, corporate records, licences, insurance policies and other key administrative documentation.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management, including evaluation of suppliers, quotation reviews, negotiations and service performance.
• Support management in manpower planning, recruitment administration, employee onboarding and other HR-related administrative functions.
• Liaise with government agencies, external service providers, clients and business partners on administrative and operational matters.
• Monitor administrative expenditure and recommend cost-control and productivity improvement measures.
• Ensure administrative operations comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in management discussions and provide recommendations on administrative planning, resource allocation and operational improvements.
• Undertake other managerial and operational responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in administration, operations or corporate support functions, including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and improve administrative processes and operational procedures.
• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary $3200 - $4200 per month
