FACILITIES MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance and building services
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors and service providers
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance/repair works
• Attend to facilities-related issues and ensure timely rectification
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
• Obtain quotations and coordinate maintenance/service works
• Maintain proper records, service reports and facilities documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building and operational requirements
• Liaise with clients, tenants, contractors and internal departments
• Assist with any other facilities management duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Facilities Management / Building Services / Property Management preferred
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively with contractors, clients and internal teams
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Basic computer knowledge and administrative skills
• Candidates with relevant technical/facilities qualifications will have an advantage

Salary: $3200 - $4300
