FF&E Interior Designer

Job Summary:

Specialises in FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects. Works closely with the design team to deliver well-integrated, high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.

Key Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of FF&E sourcing, suppliers, and manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of operational and functional design requirements.
• Organized and responsive in managing tasks and timelines.
• Clear communicator and collaborative team member.

Requirements & Attributes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in project liaison is essential.
• Proven experience in hospitality design.
• Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.
• Excellent decision-making skills especially when under pressure.
• Superior communication, presentation, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
