Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Customer Service

Key responsibilities:

• Set up and track KPI for CS team, monthly and quarterly review of overall and individual performances, productivity

• Release job orders to respective CS personnel

• Monitor the team performance

• Generate weekly & monthly inventory reports to accounts for billing

• Generate customized inventory reports to customers

• Establish stocktake schedule for customers

• Settle stock discrepancies

• Coordinate with warehouse on customer complaints with regard to stock issues

• Create all customers' manual folder, and upkeep of all customers' requirements, quoted services details

Skills & Competencies:

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics

• 3PL experience is an advantage

• Good people management and leadership skill

• Stakeholders management skills

• Highly motivated and committed to support company's transformational journey
