Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Coordinator

We are a System Integration (SI) company seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to manage small-scale infrastructure and network projects. In this role, you will oversee project execution, ensure timely delivery, and work closely with clients and technical teams to meet project objectives. Candidates with experience as a Project Coordinator or Service Delivery Manager are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute small-scale infrastructure or network projects.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Identify and address project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in managing post-implementation support and project handovers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Service Delivery Manager.
• Knowledge of infrastructure or network systems and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
