ABOUT THE ROLE

Within Tradition, TFS Energy Derivatives has spent 20+ years as a driving force in Oil & Energy Markets. As we expand further, we're looking for a sharp, driven individual to train as a broker at the center of one of the world's most dynamic markets.

This isn't a desk job watching from the sidelines. Over a focused 6 to 9-month training program in Singapore, you'll be embedded with an experienced broking team, learning the trade from the ground up — market intelligence, client relationships, and the mechanics of live trading — with a clear path to becoming a broker in your own right.

YOU'LL LEARN TO

• Track commodity markets in real time and turn developments into client-ready insight
• Build deep product expertise across our traded instruments, including new offerings
• Build genuine client relationships — understanding their business, not just their orders
• Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business
• Read market trends and data to connect opportunities with client needs
• Keep pricing spreads and trade records accurate and current
• Support the desk with research, reporting, and day-to-day client communication

WHAT YOU BRING

• A Diploma or Degree
• Sharp communication skills and natural ease with people from all backgrounds
• Energy, drive, and genuine curiosity about markets
• Effective bilingual communication skills are a strong advantage.
• Flexibility to travel and relocate as the role requires
