Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the company's procurement activities by sourcing materials and services in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. The role involves managing purchasing processes, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to support operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to support procurement requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations, pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain procurement records and related documentation.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in an IT-related environment, is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, services, systems are preferred.
• Candidates with limited procurement or purchasing experience but with relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
