• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.
• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and the Operations Manager to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and movement of equipment/machinery in compliance with safety standards.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reduce downtime.
• Ensure maintenance schedules for equipment are adhered to and that machinery is stored and handled safely.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support seamless operational processes.
• Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Address operational challenges proactively and provide effective, timely solutions.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in the heavy construction machinery or equipment rental industry.
• 2 – 5 years of overall supervisory experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics operations.
• Valid forklift license; experience operating or overseeing movement of heavy machinery is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
