Procurement Administrator (12 Months Contract) #HAJ

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and execution of contracts/NDAs, including e-signatures.
• Maintain procurement records, POs, vendor information, and contract renewals.
• Support low-value purchases, subscriptions, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
• Update procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa and INFOmatch, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate meetings/interviews and support basic end-user queries.
• Provide general administrative support to sourcing and procurement operations.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Min. 1–3 years of corporate administrative/support experience, preferably within procurement.
• Basic understanding of procurement and vendor management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP, Coupa or INFOmatch experience is advantageous.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
