Policy Servicing (Life)

We are looking for a Policy Servicing professional to join our Life and Health Operations team. You will need to play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem solving skills and a proven track record of success in policy servicing. You will be responsible for ensuring that accurate work is produced within the agreed turnaround time and all processes comply with the relevant regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day to day operations and monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of policy servicing transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular audits and review reports to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on policy-related issues, system enhancements, and projects.
• Participate in user testing and other ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Life Insurance Policy Servicing or related insurance operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
