Production Manager

The Head of Operations and Production supports the coordination of day-to-day production operations and schedules.

He/she collates and analyses production and budget data, resolves production-related issues and oversees workplace safety and health compliance for his assigned production area.

Job Description

1. Liaise with Operations Executives to manage daily production planning and scheduling, ensuring that the timeline set is achievable and met

2. Oversee and manage the entire production process of creating Royal Insignia Products, from raw materials to finished goods (I.e. Supply Chain, QC, Resources Allocation, Delivery/Shipment)

3. Focus on all aspects of the production process, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

4. Present clear, visible, accurate, and updated information on the various stages of workorders

5. Manage the implementation and conduct of trials for new product manufacturing processes

6. Implement proactive maintenance strategies. To be overall-in-charge in ensuring all equipment in the factory is well maintained

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Supply-chain Management or Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience
• Prior experience in a managerial role for at least 2 years would be an advantage
