Job Summary

You will supervise food stall operations, ensuring cleanliness, smooth opening and closing processes, and excellent customer service while training staff and handling feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to support smooth operations and service delivery
• Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet to meet company standards
• Train staff effectively to enhance their skills and service quality
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness and security
• Adapt quickly and think on your feet to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate as a team player to achieve service and operational goals
• Work professionally with passion, energy, and a service-oriented attitude
• Perform duties during night shifts and public holidays as required

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in a supervisory role managing a food stall
