Your Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.

• Prepare professional presentations, brochures, marketing materials, and social media content.

• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, document control, and record management.

• Organise meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales records.

• Handle general office administration and provide day-to-day support.

• Has good written and spoken English.

• Is organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.

• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply.

• Engineering knowledge or an engineering-related qualification is an added advantage, but not essential.
