RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in executing test cases and test plans for software applications and system features.
• Perform functional and basic regression testing under the guidance of Test Leads.
• Identify and document software defects in the defect tracking system.
• Support test case documentation and updates based on product requirements.
• Assist with compatibility testing across different systems or devices.
• Record and report test results and observations accurately.
• Support the QA team in test environment setup and test execution.
• Participate in team discussions and testing reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ITE or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software testing or QA. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
• Experience with defect tracking and preparing test documentation.
• Familiarity with bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments and application testing.
