Operation Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court and catering business. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintain food and service standards, and assist management in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
• Manage and monitor staff attendance, work schedules and daily deployment.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, operational procedures and service standards.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety.
• Ensure food preparation and service areas are properly maintained.
• Assist in managing stock, inventory and ordering of food supplies.
• Monitor wastage, portion control and operating costs.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stall operators, suppliers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and guide staff on customer service, food handling and workplace procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, facilities and cleanliness.
• Assist management with staff performance monitoring and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SFA, MOM and other relevant workplace requirements.
• Support catering operations and events when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant F&B or food court experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of F&B operations, food hygiene and workplace safety.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team of staff.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and handle operational issues effectively.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and shifts when required.
• Hands-on, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
