Job Description & Requirements

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant
• Responsible for the business performance of the shop
• Ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
• Ensure excellent delivery of customer service
• Conduct interview of walk-in candidates
• Create a fun and motivating environment for staff to work in
• Training and development of service staff
• Ensure proper conduct of service staff
• Handle customers feedback professionally
• Upkeep cleanliness of the restaurant
• Administrative duties

• Minimum 3 years' experience in comparable capacity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• 6 days/week, 10-hour shift
