Client Outreach Associate (Part-Time)

We are looking for driven, motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Client Outreach Associates.

This opportunity is suitable for students, fresh graduates or anyone looking for flexible part-time work while developing practical communication and client engagement skills.

No prior experience is required. Training, call scripts and guidance will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients

• Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations

• Generate leads and arrange appointments for our consultants

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and appointments

• Work towards individual and team targets

What We Offer

• Probationary rate: $10 per hour

• After probation: $12–$15 per hour

About the Team

You will be joining CO Wealth Advisory, a financial advisory team under AIA Financial Advisers.

As a Client Outreach Associate, your main responsibility will be to engage prospective clients, generate interest and arrange appointments for our consultants. You will not be required to provide financial advice.
