Marketing Manager

We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function of a growing consumer-focused business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn business objectives into marketing strategies, lead campaign execution, acquire new customers and use performance data to optimise results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small marketing team across paid advertising, social media and creative.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and business growth.
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing plans, campaigns and KPIs.
• Oversee digital, social, content and offline marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer acquisition, conversion and ROI/ROAS.
• Analyse results and optimise campaigns, budgets and channels to improve performance.
• Work closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen customer acquisition and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with Marketing Manager or similar experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and campaign management.
• Proven experience owning campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution, measurement and optimisation.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activities to customer and business outcomes.
• Comfortable with marketing KPIs such as ROAS, conversion, acquisition and campaign ROI.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and/or marketing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, take ownership and turn ideas into measurable results.
