Pharmatechnologist III - SGP

Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and execute drug product manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP requirements and production schedules at AbbVie.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute drug product manufacturing operations including:

  • Dispensing

  • Blending

  • Granulation

  • Compression

  • Coating

  • Filling

• Operate and perform basic maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

• Complete batch records, logbooks, and GMP documentation accurately and in real-time

• Perform in-process controls, sampling, and checks as specified in batch records

• Maintain cleanliness and GMP compliance in production areas

• Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns

• Participate in equipment qualification and cleaning validation activities

• Attend and apply GMP training programs
  

  Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Minimum 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, batch record documentation, and deviation management

  • Hands-on experience with drug product manufacturing equipment and processes

  • Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment
