 Receive, execute and deliver daily HR transactions in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded

 Ensure quality employee data maintenance in the HR system and address data discrepancies promptly to support accurate data analytics and reporting

 Respond to staff enquiries and work closely with Employee Services Partners and/or other HR teams to resolve service issues

 Maintain dashboards and manage regular reporting to internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities

 Assist in monitoring and processing claims and payments with accuracy and timeliness, and coordinating with relevant parties to address related queries where required

 Contribute to periodic audit and compliance reviews by internal and external auditors

 Partner HR teams and colleagues across geographies to ensure prompt delivery of HR support actions

 Participate in regular process reviews and contribute ideas to improve processes to achieve better efficiency and productivity
