About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, create user-centred designs, and deliver high-quality digital products.
The ideal candidate is passionate about solving user problems, conducting research, creating intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
UX & Product Design
- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Apply user-centred design, accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles throughout the design process.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to define and deliver product solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure design solutions align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
Design Validation & Improvement
- Conduct usability testing and design reviews to validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and testing outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, processes, and user experiences.
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interactive Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to transform user insights into practical and effective design solutions.
- Experience working in Agile software or product development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, business, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies, frameworks, or design systems such as React, Tailwind, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of front-end implementation considerations is a plus.
