Facilities Specialist

Facilities Executive (1 year contract- Renewable yearly)

* Working location: Buona Vista

* Monday to Friday, Office hours

* Candidate able to commence within short notice period is preferred

Job scope:

* Organizing & supervising Facilities Management Service Providers team to ensure preventative maintenance, pest control, cleaning service, horticulture, security management

* Making sure all systems are always in serviceable & operational condition

* Attending to any breakdown & managing closure & incidents

* Reviewing equipment design & providing guidance & input in facilities

* Conducting analysis for reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences

* Engaging with all external stakeholders to acquire required licenses

* Implementing & maintaining research & development’s sop

* Managing resources & facilities and processes to ensuring running operation

* Performing routine checks and scheduled preventive maintenance of key installations such as uninterrupted power supply and electrical panels
