Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Recruiter to join our team and work on a broad range of technology roles for leading companies.

This is a hands-on recruitment position for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates, speaking with people, understanding technology roles and successfully closing placements.

You will manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to offer and onboarding, while working closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and direct outreach
• Understand client requirements and translate them into effective candidate searches
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their experience, skills, motivation and suitability
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across technology functions
• Present suitable candidates to hiring managers and coordinate the interview process
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support salary discussions, offer negotiations and successful placements
• Follow up with candidates and clients through onboarding
• Keep recruitment activity and candidate information accurately updated in our recruitment system

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing
• Experience recruiting technology or professional roles is an advantage
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive candidates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates at different levels of seniority
• Organised and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Results-oriented, persistent and comfortable working towards recruitment targets
• Good written and spoken English
