Admin Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office;
• Answers phone calls and supports visitors;
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results;
• Responsible in material inventory;
• Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse;
• Provide month-end inventory report to Finance Department;
• Knowledge of Accounting Software (MYOB);
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level 'O' Level or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Possess good initiative with positive attitude
• Independent and Responsible
• 5 days working week (9.00~17.30)
