Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service by assisting walk-in customers at the showroom and supporting sales activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom to understand their flooring needs and provide product information
• Support sales processes by preparing sales materials, coordinating with the sales team, and following up on customer inquiries
• Maintain showroom presentation to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for customers
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve questions and provide timely updates on product availability and orders

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level or equivalent qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate initiative and maintain a positive attitude to contribute to team success

Other Information

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1730 hours; alternate weekends, 1200 to 1700 hours
• Compensation includes attractive basic salary plus commission
