About this job

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Design Integration & Operating Supplies Lead plays a key role within Hospitality Planning & Development, focusing on the upcoming ultra-luxury integrated resort, translating the resort's design vision, guest experience ambitions, and operational requirements into distinctive, functional, and memorable guest touchpoints.

Operating at the intersection of design intent, operational practicality, commercial discipline, and brand storytelling, this role leads the strategy, curation, sourcing, and implementation of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and selected specialty FF&E and guest experience touchpoints across guestrooms, dining venues, wellness facilities, and other critical guest and operational environments. The role is expected to challenge conventional products and sourcing approaches by identifying innovative materials, craftsmanship, customization opportunities, and vendor solutions that enhance both the guest experience and operational excellence.

Working closely with Project Management teams, including Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction, as well as Operations leaders across Hotel, Food & Beverage, MICE, and Arena, the role drives stakeholder alignment throughout the development process while partnering with Procurement and Brand teams to deliver a cohesive, operationally sound, and elevated resort experience from concept through opening.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, curation, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and selected NTFFE across the resort, ensuring alignment with the intended guest experience, brand positioning, and operational requirements.
  • Translate design concepts into practical, durable, and operationally effective solutions, balancing aesthetics, functionality, service delivery, and long-term maintainability.
  • Develop and deliver a distinctive approach to guest-facing and operational touchpoints by sourcing innovative products, materials, artisans, and suppliers that support the resort's identity, sensory experience, and service philosophy beyond catalogue selections
  • Lead internal workshops, product reviews, sampling, mock-ups, and stakeholder presentations, providing recommendations that balance guest experience objectives, operational needs, commercial considerations, and project constraints.
  • Partner with Procurement and project teams to manage vendor selection, product approvals, budget alignment, value engineering initiatives, procurement schedules, and implementation strategies.
  • Oversee project documentation, product schedules, approvals, and program tracking to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely execution.
  • Monitor key milestones, risks, dependencies, logistics, and delivery activities to support successful project execution and operational readiness for mockups & eventual roll out.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, updates, and recommendations that clearly communicate product direction, design rationale, commercial implications, and project progress.
  • Support opening and handover activities by ensuring selected products, processes, and documentation are effectively transitioned to operational teams.
