B2B AI Solutions Sales Consultant (Zoom)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced B2B salesperson to conduct pre-arranged Zoom appointments with Singapore SME owners and decision-makers.

No cold calling or door-knocking is required.

Our telemarketing team will contact potential SME customers and arrange interested prospects for a Zoom appointment.

Your responsibility is to take over the appointment, understand the customer's business needs, explain our solution, conduct a simple presentation/demo, handle questions and close the sale.

Your Responsibilities

• Attend pre-arranged Zoom appointments

• Speak with SME owners and key decision-makers

• Understand the company's current operations and challenges

• Identify where Company Brain could provide value

• Present and demonstrate the product concept

• Explain the benefits of the service

• Answer basic product and commercial questions

• Handle customer objections

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Close suitable customers

• Maintain simple records of appointment outcomes and follow-up status

What You DON'T Need To Do

No cold calling.

No door-to-door prospecting.

No programming or software development.

No technical implementation.

Our telemarketing team generates the appointments.

Our technical team handles the actual setup and implementation after the customer signs up.

Your main responsibility is:

Understand → Present → Demonstrate → Close.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Has B2B sales experience

• Is confident speaking with business owners

• Is comfortable conducting Zoom presentations

• Can explain technology in simple business language

• Has good communication and presentation skills

• Can identify customer pain points

• Is comfortable handling objections

• Is results-driven and comfortable asking for the sale

• Can work independently

Experience selling any of the following would be an advantage:

• SaaS / software

• IT solutions

• Digital marketing

• Business consultancy

• CRM / ERP systems

• Telecommunications

• Corporate services

• AI solutions

AI technical experience is not required.

Training on our Company Brain solution and sales presentation will be provided.

Sales commission for successfully closed customers.

This role will initially be offered on a trial/part-time basis while we develop and test our SME sales model.

Ideal Candidate

Appointments will be generated by our telemarketing team, allowing you to focus primarily on consultation and closing.
