As our Sales Assistant, you'll be the friendly face thatwelcomes customers into our store. Your role goes beyond selling—you'll buildrelationships, create positive shopping experiences, and help customersdiscover exceptional value.

Your day may include:

✨Assisting customers in selecting quality pre-owned jewellery, luxury watches,and valuable items

✨Delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism, patience, andenthusiasm

✨Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products

✨Handling customer enquiries confidently and accurately

✨Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records

✨Preparing simple reports and performing basic administrative duties

✨Ensuring the showroom is clean, organised, and visually appealing

✨Working closely with your teammates to achieve sales targets and provideexcellent service

✨Contributing ideas to improve the customer experience and store performance

🎯 We're Looking ForSomeone Who...

✔Has at least 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience

✔Enjoys interacting with people and building customer relationships

✔Has good communication and interpersonal skills

✔Is comfortable using basic computer applications for data entry and reporting

✔Is responsible, trustworthy, and attentive to details

✔Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team

✔Is willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Bonus if you have:

• Monday to Friday ( 8.00am - 5.30pm )
• Retail operating hours
• Weekend and public holiday shifts on a roster basis
