This role is ideal for individuals with strong corporate networks who enjoy building relationships and creating win-win business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients.

• Introduce leadership, team building and corporate learning solutions.

• Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D, Business Leaders and Management Teams.

• Arrange meetings, presentations and discovery sessions.

• Understand clients' business challenges and training needs.

• Work closely with our consultants to design customised training solutions.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve agreed sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.

• Represent the company professionally at networking events and business meetings.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in B2B sales, HR, Learning & Development, Consulting or Corporate Services.

• Existing network of HR professionals, business owners or corporate decision-makers is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Passionate about people development and organisational growth.
