Business Development Consultant

We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Consultants. This role involves supporting business growth, client relationship management, recruitment coordination, and HR consultancy services across various industries in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Promote recruitment and HR consultancy services
• Support company business expansion initiatives

Recruitment & HR Coordination

• Assist with recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination
• Support onboarding and placement processes
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records
• Coordinate with clients and candidates professionally

Marketing & Client Engagement

• Conduct outreach through social media, email marketing, networking, and business meetings
• Support marketing and branding activities
• Enhance company visibility and client engagement

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate client and candidate records
• Support operational and coordination activities
• Prepare basic reports and follow-up updates when required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred
• CEI Certification is preferred for recruitment-related responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally
• Familiarity with recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development processes is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms is a plus
