HR Director

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Director to lead the company’s HR function, with a strong focus on building and expanding our roadshow sales and event teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s manpower and talent acquisition strategy

• Lead high-volume recruitment for full-time and part-time roadshow sales personnel

• Build effective recruitment channels through job portals, social media, referrals and campus partnerships

• Oversee candidate sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding

• Lead and develop the HR and recruitment team

• Work closely with management, sales and operations teams on manpower planning

• Establish HR policies, recruitment standards and performance-management processes

• Monitor hiring targets, recruitment costs, retention and workforce performance

• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and fair hiring practices

Requirements

• At least 8 years of HR or talent acquisition experience

• At least 3 years in an HR leadership or management position

• Strong experience in high-volume sales, retail, event or frontline recruitment

• Proven ability to build recruitment pipelines and achieve hiring targets

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and regulations

• Strategic, resourceful and willing to remain hands-on
