Event Venue & Partnerships Executive

We are looking for an experienced Event Venue Booking Executive to source and secure suitable locations for offline roadshows, mall activations and exhibitions across Singapore.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience booking event spaces for brands, event agencies or roadshow campaigns, and be comfortable communicating and negotiating with mall management teams, landlords and event organisers.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable venues for mall roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events

• Contact mall management teams, venue operators and event organisers

• Check availability, rental rates, venue requirements and event restrictions

• Negotiate rental packages and booking terms

• Arrange site visits and evaluate venue suitability

• Coordinate quotations, contracts, deposits and booking documents

• Maintain the event calendar and venue database

• Work closely with the operations and sales teams on event schedules

• Build and maintain good relationships with venue partners

Requirements

• Previous experience booking roadshow, mall or exhibition spaces is preferred

• Existing contacts with malls, event organisers or venue operators are an advantage

• Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings

• Comfortable conducting site visits across Singapore

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
