SENIOR HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Up to $5,500 Basic + Max 3 Months Bonus Commonwealth | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:30pm Construction Industry

The Role

• Manage full spectrum HR functions and daily HR operations.
• Handle payroll and work pass administration.
• Manage leave, attendance and employee records.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, confirmation and offboarding.
• Administer training and maintain training records.
• Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and government claims.
• Prepare HR reports and manage employee enquiries.
• Handle staff disputes and labour legislation matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.
• Construction industry background required.
• Payroll and work pass experience required.
• Experience in handling staff disputes.
• Familiar with MOM regulations and Singapore employment practices.
• Strong communication, organisation and Microsoft Office skills.
