About this job
Responsibilities:
Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders and projects.
Prepare for tender submission and follow-up with Tender Questionnaires reply and Interview.
Sourcing, evaluate and negotiation with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner.
Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
Other QS duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Interior Design or equivalent
