Delivery Cum Warehouse Assistant |5 days | West -NY7

Job Responsibilities

Perform timely delivery and collection of goods according to assigned schedules and routes.

• Operate company vehicles safely and ensure goods are properly secured during transportation.
• Load and unload goods and verify items against delivery orders and documentation.
• Collect signed delivery documents and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Receive and verify incoming goods against relevant documentation.
• Perform picking, packing and preparation of orders for delivery or shipment.
• Organise and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory checks when required.
• Support general loading and unloading activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts if trained and authorised.
• Use scanners and computer systems for warehouse and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries and collections.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Experience in delivery, logistics, transportation or warehouse operations will be advantageous.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and routes.
• Comfortable with both driving and hands-on warehouse duties.
• Able to use basic computer systems and handheld scanners.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work-related communication and documentation.
• Able to accurately complete delivery and inventory documentation.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance is advantageous.
• Good safety awareness and responsible driving practices.
• Forklift certification will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
