Project Admin [East, Govt, Up to $3,900]

• Salary: Up to $3,900 per month
• Contract: 6 months, Subject for extension
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Location: Changi area (Hybrid work)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the project team and assist with tracking project timelines and progress.
• Organise and maintain project files, correspondence and construction-related documents.
• Schedule meetings, compile meeting materials and draft minutes for review.
• Follow up on action items and ensure agreed timelines are met.
• Maintain an overview of outstanding Requests for Information and Requests for Approval and track them through closure.
• Prepare documents and materials for ad-hoc meetings and project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders on project documentation and outstanding matters.
• Support general project reporting, filing and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience in construction administration, project administration or contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
