Recruitment Consultant [Basic + High Comm]

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will help candidates find suitable career opportunities while supporting clients with their hiring needs. No Experience welcome to apply!

No prior recruitment experience is required. Structured training and guidance will be provided.

Location: HarbourFront
Working Hour: Monday to Friday + Hybrid Work Arrangement
Package: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Sales Incentives

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer and placement
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ experience and suitability
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding arrangements and follow-ups
• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
