App Support- Banking

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Banking domain.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle

• Strong expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing Fabric-related logs, including system, application, security, audit, and debugging logs.

• Strong knowledge of GCP networking, load balancers, VPNs, hybrid cloud connectivity, IAM, security, and access management.

• Extensive experience in Oracle technologies, including SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Performance Tuning.

• Hands-on experience in database migration projects, including DB2 to Oracle and On-Premises to Cloud migrations.

• Expertise in Double-Take Cloud setup, replication configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience working with Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unix Shell Scripting and process automation.

• Advanced knowledge of ITRS Geneos monitoring and administration.

• Experience in project documentation, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management.

• Experience supporting production applications and mission-critical business services.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments.
